In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for commission based on meeting monthly targets. Position Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating demand within a pool of carrier or broker prospects and qualifying sales opportunities for an aligned Account Executive. This is a high-impact, entry point into a fast-growing fintech and freight-tech environment. Supporting the AE team, you will research prospective clients, identify new sales opportunities, customize communication strategies, and educate prospects on the value of Truckstop’s financial and compliance solutions. You will proactively schedule demonstrations through outbound cold-calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets. This is a performance-driven opportunity for early-career professionals who are competitive, coachable, and driven to prove themselves quickly while building a long-term career in sales, fintech, or technology.
