We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing portfolio of multifamily clients in the Orlando/Tampa market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing properties, supporting client success, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The BDR works closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional support while also helping drive additional revenue opportunities. This is a highly relationship-driven role with a mix of in-person property visits, client engagement, and business development. It’s a great opportunity for someone in the multifamily industry—such as a leasing professional, assistant manager, or property management professional—who wants to transition into a business development career.
