Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial buildings and K-12 schools
  • Network with facility managers, mechanical contractors, and consultants
  • Develop sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and existing systems
  • Work with engineering and estimating teams to prepare proposals
  • Present proposals, solutions, and ROI cases to prospective clients
  • Maintain CRM records of all opportunities, contacts, and activities
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Follow up with clients post-installation to drive service agreements
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and local industry events
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation
  • Anything required to meet the needs of the customer
