About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive, hard-working, and high-energy SDR/BDR to join Youlify and help expand our footprint across the healthcare industry. This is not a typical desk-bound SDR role. Half of your time will be spent in the field, attending major healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry events nationwide. You’ll meet physicians, administrators, and hospital decision-makers face-to-face, generate opportunities in real time, and represent Youlify in high-impact environments. The other half will focus on outbound prospecting, qualification, and supporting live deals alongside the CEO. You’ll work closely with the CEO and founding team, gaining firsthand exposure to how deals are sourced, developed, and closed. This role is a true launchpad into sales leadership for someone hungry to grow fast in the healthcare AI space.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of B2B sales development experience (healthcare, FinTech, or SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable with 50% travel
  • HUNGRY. DRIVEN. PERSISTENT.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex solutions
  • Excellent listener who uncovers real pain points
  • Highly organized — able to manage travel, events, and pipeline simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Bachelor’s required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into hospitals, physician groups, or healthcare systems.
  • Trade show or conference sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Travel nationwide to attend major healthcare trade shows and conferences.
  • Represent Youlify at events — engaging hospital leaders, practice administrators, and physician groups.
  • Proactively network to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Book meetings on-site and coordinate follow-ups post-event.
  • Work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team at conferences.
  • Turn in-person conversations into qualified pipeline opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers
  • Drive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Build strong pipeline coverage to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management in HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop deep knowledge of healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, and Youlify’s platform.
  • Support the CEO with sales meeting coordination, scheduling, and preparation.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up after meetings with clear next steps logged in HubSpot.
  • Assist with managing deal progression and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as an operational force multiplier for the executive sales motion.
