About The Position

SCW.AI is a fast-growing Series A SaaS company helping pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers digitize their factory operations through our Digital Factory platform. Our customers include some of the most advanced manufacturers in the world, and we are expanding our sales team to meet growing demand. We are hiring a Business Development Representative to help drive new opportunities and build a pipeline for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn modern SaaS selling, work in a high-growth environment, and build a path toward becoming an Account Executive.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Organized, self-motivated, and resilient
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, and industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers
  • Prospect new accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Run outbound campaigns to generate interest and meetings
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Work closely with marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting
