About The Position

SouthEnd Exteriors, a leader in siding and roofing for home builders in the Southeast with 9 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, is seeking a Business Development Partner. This role is responsible for recruiting and onboarding subcontractor crews for installation services. The position involves advertising and social media engagement to foster relationships with subcontractor crews and business partners. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to meet with subcontractors in the Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Savannah areas. Requirements

Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
Experience participating in demand planning and forecasting needs.
Ability to handle multiple projects, high volume activity and establish priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Must be a good facilitator and leader of individuals or groups.
Demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
Must be detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective time management.
Driver License, Valid and in State required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the company and business partners/subcontractors.
Create and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and associate team members.
Recruit subcontractors on behalf of the company.
Establish and maintain a subcontractor database.
Participate in gathering social media content.
Participate in advertising events and content.
Proactively ensure retention of install crews.
Act as the main point of contact for existing crews.
Facilitate team council and team leader meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
