The Business Development Partner is responsible for driving new consignor acquisition by growing TRR brand awareness, customer loyalty and community footprint at the local level. This role involves executing localized partnerships, marketing campaigns, experiential/revenue focused events, and external community outreach for a specific market area. The partner will foster relationships with relevant local businesses, philanthropic organizations, and community influencers to generate new consignors. They will also plan and execute community events to increase the supply of consigned goods and brand awareness, leverage social platforms for local brand building, and optimize brand perception through event and partnership execution. Managing a quarterly budget and ensuring ROI/revenue goals are met is also a key responsibility.
