About The Position

Apple is seeking a Partner Manager to help us on our continued growth across Apple Services, including Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to develop, manage, and maintain partnerships with 3rd party partners to distribute and market Apple’s media and entertainment services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within media, tech, banking, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including the ability to develop working relationships inside and outside of Apple.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across multiple teams.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and structuring partnership agreements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make strategic decisions.
• A keen product sense and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborative self-starter who works optimally in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion.
• Expertise building business cases, including strategy development and financial analysis
• Minimum of 15 years of direct experience within the music, entertainment, and/or subscription industry

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key global partners to drive business growth and mutual success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to align partnership strategies with key business goals.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing partner management to ensure seamless partner engagement.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless day to day communication and issue resolution.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
