The Business Development /Partnership Executive position is responsible for driving growth within Focal Pointe's footprint in a designated territory by identifying, pursuing, and securing new commercial partnerships. This role will proactively engage with a diverse range of commercial clients and deliver customized land care solutions that align with their needs and expectations. The Partnership Executive position will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Business Development. This position is field-based and is closely tied to the local Focal Pointe branch office, collaborating with the Branch Manager and Estimator to survey properties for proposals. Daily travel within the assigned territory, up to 75% of the time, is required for meeting with customers, prospective customers, and presenting proposals. While financial performance is important, an emphasis on making a difference in the lives of customers, employees, vendors, and the community is an equal priority, aiming to beautify the region through quality work and professional conduct.
