About The Position

1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing plumbing and emergency service company specializing in drain cleaning, sewer repair, and commercial plumbing services. We’re looking for a driven outside sales professional to establish a new territory. If you’re a hunter who thrives on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals, this is a high-income opportunity in a recession-resistant industry.

Requirements

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Proven success with prospecting and closing new business
Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Experience with CRM tools
Excellent time management and organization
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling + in-person visits)
Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
Secure recurring service agreements
Attend networking events and generate referrals
Track activity and opportunities in CRM
