REO Capital is a Capital Raising Firm located in Beverly Hills, CA, specializing in providing Capital Raises for emerging managers of Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Funds, and Private Equity Funds. We are seeking a Business Development Officer to lead the firm's growth by marketing to Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, and Hedge Funds that require capital raises. As a Business Development Officer (BDO), you will manage 5 funds simultaneously, with the potential for a seven-figure bonus. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and growing key relationships with these funds. You will also be responsible for marketing the funds we raise capital for to RIA's, Family Offices, Fund of Funds, Private Banks, Insurance companies, Endowments, and Foundations. This role ensures growth through proper distribution channels, direct contact, warm calls, and managing all business development activities in alignment with the organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in Investment Banking or Capital Raising, be accustomed to an "eat what you kill" environment, and possess Series 79 or 82 plus a Series 63 license. A strong rolodex and a hunger for high earnings are essential, as this position leads to a Managing Director role.
