About The Position

We are a commercial signage and large-format graphics company serving businesses across Central Indiana. Our work includes vehicle wraps, wall graphics, exterior signage, trade show displays, and more. We are rebuilding and growing—and we’re looking for a true business development professional to help drive that growth. This is a hunter role. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound efforts, relationship building, and closing deals. This is not a role for someone who waits on inbound leads. Success here comes from creating opportunities and consistently building a pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable

  • Facility or recurring B2B services

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily through calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Build and manage a pipeline of local B2B clients
  • Identify and close opportunities in: Commercial real estate Property management Construction and development Retail and multi-location businesses Events and trade shows
  • Meet with clients, understand needs, and propose solutions
  • Work closely with internal production and installation teams
