About The Position

True North Restoration is a fast-growing, faith-based restoration company serving North Dallas, Collin County, and the surrounding communities. We're looking for an experienced outside salesperson who wants more than another territory. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a business. At True North, you'll work directly with company leadership to help establish one of the premier restoration referral networks in North Texas. Requirements

  • At least two years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Enjoys meeting new people every day
  • Comfortable creating opportunities through prospecting and networking

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new referral partners
  • Developing commercial relationships
  • Growing a professional network throughout North DFW
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings
  • Visiting existing referral partners
  • Attending networking events and community functions
  • Managing opportunities within the CRM
  • Working closely with leadership to develop business growth strategies

  • $65,000 Base Salary
