About The Position

Bath Concepts Industries, LLC, the largest 1-day bath manufacturer in the U.S. with over 25 years of double-digit growth, is seeking a driven individual to manage, develop, and recruit new dealers in the Midwest territory. This role offers a significant opportunity for someone with self-management abilities to grow the territory and execute the company's vision. Full training on sales and business development methodology will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates with in-home sales experience or experience managing/developing a home remodeling company.

Requirements

• At least three to five years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (e.g., windows, siding, roofing, doors).
• Must live in the proposed territory/Midwest.
• Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Driver's License (Required).

Nice To Haves

• B to B manufacturing experience is a plus.
• In-home sales experience or experience managing or developing a home remodeling company.

Responsibilities

• Managing, developing, and recruiting new dealers in the Midwest territory.
• Learning Bath Concepts Industries' sales and business development methodology.
• Fully managing individual dealers and helping their local dealerships prosper.
• Organizing and conducting training with authorized dealers.
