Local Hero is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by expanding strategic partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and deepening client relationships. The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in powering sales and recruitment pipelines for major national and international franchise brands in the restaurant industry. Our ideal Business Development Manager can sell from cold to close, nurture a pipeline, and transform sales motion into results. They can both build small business relationships and bring the Challenger Sales Model to life. Above all, they have an intrinsic desire to achieve results and want to join an organization that rewards them for it. Local Hero blends local digital media, dynamic ad creation, self-serve technology, and full-service value to create custom campaigns and increase consumer traffic for national brands and local franchisees. This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washinton DC, and Puerto Rico Relocation assistance is not provided.
