Bio-One Atlanta Business Development Manager Position Overview: Bio-One Atlanta is seeking a motivated, community-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive local market growth through relationship building, outreach, and strategic partnerships. As a leader in crime scene cleanup, hoarding remediation, and biohazard decontamination, Bio-One requires a BDM who can balance compassion and business growth. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in field-based networking and has a passion for connecting Bio-One’s compassionate services with the community. The BDM will interface with referral partners including law enforcement, property managers, social workers, funeral homes, victim advocates, insurance representatives, and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building with key community partners.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to referral and vendor partners.
  • Represent Bio-One at local events, community meetings, and emergency response organizations.
  • Generate and follow up on leads and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report monthly KPIs, including lead generation, referral activity, and revenue impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency and uphold Bio-One’s mission of compassion and professionalism.
  • Stay educated on Bio-One services and industry dynamics to best represent the brand.
