About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and support Industry solutions delivery as part of a professional services organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence delivery operations across three segments, provide strategic visibility, and lead process ownership for reporting enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with Rhythm of Business (ROB) support.
Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing data in Excel and PowerBI, preferably with experience in finances.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business management working directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support typical business manager duties including Rhythm of Business (ROB) by scheduling meetings, preparing content for meetings, and creating decks for stakeholders.
Meet with content holders before they present during meetings and send reminders to ensure everything is submitted on time.
Manage weekly and monthly business reviews, prepare content, and support data review by confirming data correctness or addressing gaps.
Handle escalations, enable strategic initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership forums.
Drive team culture and health initiatives, partnering with HR for Diversity and Inclusion hiring and onboarding.
