Position: Business Development Manager – Commercial & Industrial HVAC The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships within the vertical markets that we service in Industrial and Commercial fields. This role is essential in positioning the company as a trusted partner by promoting our full range of HVAC products, preventive maintenance programs, retrofit projects, and energy-efficient system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a deep understanding of commercial and industrial environments, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on field engagement to identify new opportunities and support long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within targeted industrial and commercial verticals. Sell HVAC maintenance contracts, system retrofits, and custom projects to meet client-specific needs. Conduct on-site evaluations, attend industry events, and maintain an active presence in the field to build and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, estimating, and operations—to develop tailored HVAC solutions. Support the management of existing client accounts to identify expansion or upsell opportunities. Work cross-functionally with other business development team members to drive collective success and support company-wide growth initiatives. Additional Details: This position is primarily field-based, with occasional office time for planning, reporting, and team collaboration. Compensation is biweekly, with a guaranteed commission structure in year one to support a strong ramp-up period.
