This role is ideal for a true “hunter” who is energized by winning new accounts and making a direct impact on revenue growth. You’ll have the autonomy to own your pipeline, shape your strategy, and play a key role in scaling our client base in a competitive market. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business development experience within the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth (this is not an account management role)
  • Experience selling contract staffing, consulting services, and/or direct hire solutions
  • Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Nice To Haves

  • Background in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Established network of hiring managers, HR leaders, or industry contacts
  • Experience in technical, professional, or specialized staffing markets
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships for staffing and consulting services
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach (cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and digital channels)
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key decision-makers
  • Present and position contract staffing, managed services, and direct hire solutions tailored to client needs
  • Own the full sales cycle- from initial outreach through deal close and client handoff
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in ATS/CRM
  • Support account managers in expanding existing client relationships by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to upsell and cross-sell efforts when requested
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking engagements, and client meetings as needed
