Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or marketing (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and effectively communicate information
- Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong computer skills

Responsibilities
- Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with the sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Increase market share by developing new opportunities at target accounts through proactive sales activities within the local metropolitan market
- Continually expand business relationships through networking activities
- Ensure customers' expectations are being met throughout the process
- Recruit Business Development Associates and/or Sales Associates to maintain a strong sales force
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of Business Development Associates and/or Sales Associates
- Consistently strive to improve phone skills and product knowledge, conduct training as necessary
