About The Position

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is hiring an outside salesperson to develop business throughout North Central Wisconsin. This role is focused on building long-term referral relationships with various professionals such as insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and contractors. The company is investing in its business development function, providing training, coaching, CRM systems, and operational support. The goal is to become the go-to name for property loss recovery services in the region, with an emphasis on building a compounding referral network that leads to predictable, repeat business and steadily increasing income over time. This is a field sales position requiring significant time spent out of the office building relationships and managing a pipeline within a designated territory.

Requirements

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Comfortable prospecting and opening new doors
Confident starting a conversation cold, in person
Naturally builds trust and stays top-of-mind
Disciplined about follow-up
Can manage a regional territory with minimal oversight
Organized and comfortable working inside a CRM
Motivated by long-term earning growth, not just a paycheck

Restoration industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Walking into businesses and opening new relationships
