Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 75% for client meetings and events

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in‑person meetings
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and staffing challenges
  • Present and sell contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leaders
  • Expand existing accounts through consistent follow‑up and service excellence
  • Conduct client visits, capability presentations, and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Stay informed on trends within professional staffing and talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and improve market positioning
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
