A Business Development Manager (BDM) will be part of an independent core competency and a new department charged with leveraging CROM's long and successful history by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and strengthening market position in specific Regions. The BDM will be instrumental in proactively shaping the future of our organization by purposeful effort in discovering and exploring markets for opportunities. The BDM will collaborate with multiple departments to develop best practices, business strategies, and fine tune objectives. The BDM will be measured by the effectiveness of their individual sales, marketing, and business development efforts. To be successful, the BDM will need to understand and embrace the company's direction and focal points to form personal initiatives to facilitate meeting objectives.
