Skyward is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and helping shape the future of our sales pipeline. Click here for a full job description. What you’ll do: Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, video, social media, and other outreach methods. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects. Develop and follow a structured outreach process (method, cadence, timing). Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and complete follow‑up. Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Document activities in Skyforce and assist with forecasting. Share market trends and competitive intel from prospect conversations. Partner with Sales Enablement to refine skills and prospecting strategies. Attend tradeshows as needed for lead generation. Build internal relationships and deepen product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
