About The Position

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new MTE/MDU sales opportunities in assigned markets Build and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, builders, HOAs, and chambers of commerce Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations to prospective customers Negotiate contracts and agreements with property managers and HOAs Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in the MDU space Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions Represent Greenlight as a Brand Ambassador at community and in-market events Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements 2+ years of field sales experience; preference for commercial real estate, construction, broadband, cable, or telecom Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Proven track record in quota-driven sales and full-cycle sales management Strong understanding of fiber internet services with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle required Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $55,000 – $75,000 with on-target total earnings of approximately $100,000 - $120,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Requirements

  • 2+ years of field sales experience; preference for commercial real estate, construction, broadband, cable, or telecom
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record in quota-driven sales and full-cycle sales management
  • Strong understanding of fiber internet services with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle required
