Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related) or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
• Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• CFM certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Lead facility projects including renovations, equipment upgrades, and system installations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and building codes; conduct safety inspections and audits
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and negotiate service contracts
• Assist with budget preparation and track facility-related expenses
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, Operations) and communicate facility needs to leadership
