About The Position

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our Generative AI (GenAI) and Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) business globally. This role owns the full sales lifecycle—from building pipeline to closing deals—and works closely with solution architects and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions to customers.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / pre-sales in: AI / GenAI / Cloud / SaaS
Strong understanding of: Generative AI, LLMs, or AI applications
Strong understanding of: Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud)
Proven ability to: Manage pipeline and close deals
Proven ability to: Sell complex technical solutions
Strong communication skills with both: Business stakeholders
Strong communication skills with both: Technical teams
Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with: MaaS / SaaS / token-based business models (big plus)
Familiarity with: RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering (nice to have)
Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive AI Revenue Growth
Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
Build and manage a strong pipeline of global AI clients (startups, ISVs, enterprises)
Engage with AI-Native Customers
Partner with customers to understand their AI use cases and business needs
Co-create AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), agents, and cloud infrastructure
Lead Strategic Accounts
Build relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
Drive long-term account growth, retention, and expansion
Go-to-Market & Strategy
Stay current on GenAI trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, etc.)
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with solution architects to move deals from POC to production
Support demos, workshops, and technical discussions when needed
