The Role We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator who will thrive in our “one-firm” firm culture. You will be responsible for researching business development opportunities, supporting events, developing and managing client relationships, and helping support strategic planning and business strategy development, allowing you to make significant contributions to our firm’s success. As a proactive, authentic, curious, and empathetic individual, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues across our different practices, breaking down silos and embracing an outward-facing role. You will engage directly with clients, including Insurance professionals, Owners, Contractors, Architects, and Attorneys, making a significant impact in these interactions, with the goal of growing our firm's revenue. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be instrumental in achieving our goal of increasing the DC office revenue by over 60% in the next five years by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
