About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B and enterprise sales. This role will be responsible for identifying new vendor and client opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and deal closure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in B2B sales; enterprise software sales preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
  • Solid sales acumen with a clear revenue focus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and nurture leads to maturity.
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and a proactive self-starter.
  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B and enterprise vendors.
  • Generate new sales leads using contact databases such as Apollo, Seamless, or ZoomInfo.
  • Use Google search techniques and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospective vendors and clients.
  • Think creatively to generate new vendor leads and partnership opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and nurture leads through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Engage new clients and support post-sales account management.
  • Close mid-market to enterprise-level deals and contribute directly to company revenue.
