This role focuses on growing the company's presence in the Douglasville market by prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business. The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter who enjoys building relationships and opening new doors. Elwood Staffing provides support, training, and resources to help build the territory, with opportunities for uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
- A passion for prospecting and building new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based).
