About The Position

InDepth Engineering Solutions is an engineering consulting firm providing high-quality design, analysis (CAE), validation, and staffing support across industries including Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, and Theme Park. We partner with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology companies to deliver scalable and technically robust engineering solutions. Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across our core engineering service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, a consultative sales mindset, and experience selling engineering services or technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering consulting sales
  • Strong network within one or more of the following sectors: Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, or Theme Park
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling CAE, design engineering, validation, or staffing services
  • Existing relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and program-based engineering engagements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within Automotive, EV/HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, Theme Park, and related sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering leaders
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Lead client meetings, capability presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and competitive proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools
  • Represent InDepth at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
