Over the past 12 month Athena has been building out market leading capability to win in the broker channel. And now we are looking for an excellent BDM to help us build and maintain great relationships with brokers in Western Australia. We believe in the broker channel and we want BDMs that will help make us the best lender to work with! This is a key role within Athena, the position is responsible for: Sales Performance – Responsible for application results across our aggregator partners Being the” go to person” for your brokers Building and maintaining outstanding Broker relationships, you Proactively managing a pipeline of Broker scenarios and submitted Apps, constantly striving for the ultimate Broker & Customer Experience. Seeking out new Broker relationships, nurture these relationships until they become vocal advocates for Athena, true raving fans. You are a great presenter and a “coach”. Running interactive Broker onboarding sessions to provide in depth knowledge of Athena, who we are, what we do, the Customers that are right for Athena, our product & process. You are very engaging over phone, SMS, email and Zoom. Majority of the time will be on the road for Broker face-to-face visits, PD days, Broker events etc. Manage relationships with aggregators including partnership managers and state leaders Internal decision making – contributing to discussions in Athena about opportunities and ways to improve Policy: work with Cyber, Tech, Risk, and other functions to get to effective policy outcomes Platform : provide feedback and ideas to help ensure that Athena platforms are the best in the market
