STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new ventures in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. STRUCTURAL's projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to: structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, historic restoration, waterproofing, and corrosion control. What You’ll Own: Market Expansion: Hunt for new opportunities and close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL’s regional footprint. Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the sales process—from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close. Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
