RTI is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives supporting Strategic Integrated Missile Defense and Golden Dome-related defense programs across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the U.S. Space Force, Combatant Commands, and the broader aerospace and defense industrial base. In this role, you will position RTI's software technologies within next-generation integrated air and missile defense architectures, distributed sensor networks, real-time command and control systems, autonomy frameworks, and mission-critical edge computing environments. As the software backbone for many of the world's most advanced autonomous and mission-critical systems, RTI offers the opportunity to help shape how the next generation of U.S. defense architectures exchange, manage, and operationalize real-time data at scale. Working at the intersection of defense strategy, advanced software infrastructure, autonomy, and national security, you will play a key role in advancing technologies that enable faster, more resilient, and interoperable mission execution. The ideal candidate combines deep defense domain expertise with a strong understanding of modern defense software architectures, open systems approaches, and defense acquisition pathways. Candidates with prior military, government civilian, missile defense, space, command and control, or other operational experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
