Business Development Manager - US Air Force

Phillips Corporation
$160,000 - $180,000Hybrid

About The Position

Phillips Corporation is searching for a visionary leader to redefine how manufacturing technology and sustainment services power the future of air and space dominance. This IS NOT a role for standard IT sales or incremental account management—this is about revolutionary manufacturing capability, operational readiness, and strategic mission impact. We are looking for an elite strategist—either a former senior Air Force officer (O-5 or higher) or an accomplished defense Business Development executive with a proven Air Force focus—who instinctively understands the operational realities, acquisition lifecycles, and strategic priorities of the USAF and Department of War/Department of Defense. Your mission: position Phillips as the indispensable partner for advanced manufacturing, turning high-level mission alignment into long-term, high-value contract vehicles that directly elevate force readiness. As a Business Development Manager, you'll act as a peer, trusted advisor, and force multiplier to senior Air Force leadership. You'll bring operational authority and experience along with the industry credibility required to translate complex defense budget trends, operational gaps, and force modernization initiatives into high-impact growth strategies. You'll embed clear win themes and breakthrough value propositions into every pursuit because you aren't merely tracking opportunities; you are actively shaping requirements, anticipating emerging air base resiliency needs, and driving our advanced capabilities directly into core modernization and sustainment pipelines. If you are ready to leverage your Air Force expertise, drive breakthrough enterprise revenue, and deploy game-changing manufacturing technologies that secure American air power, your next mission starts here.
