The Role As a Business Devlopment Manager, you will create and foster strong business relationships in the Territory Area . Primary focus will be to build a sales pipeline for our ServiceNow solutions, license and implementation related services. In this role you’ll work closely with both ServiceNow and Presidio sellers to drive ServiceNow solutions to both commercial and enterprise accounts. You will assume some existing accounts, but you will also be responsible for expanding our portfolio within the defined territory to develop new relationships and close new business. Travel Requirements: In this role you will be remote but expected to travel up to 50% of the time in the territory area visiting customers and Presidio and ServiceNow sellers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an ongoing sales pipeline / book of business of approximately $1-5m+
  • Demonstrated ability to present and influence buyers (including C-level executives)
  • Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to forecast current and future business
  • Align capabilities to business drivers within your customer/prospect’s organizations
  • Service Management solutions
  • Prior “Value Selling” or similar framework training
  • Managed Services sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions and/or services

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years working in ServiceNow Services or Solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation strategies and execution for the Sales Area territory
  • Working closely with channel and vendor partners
  • Collaborating with delivery teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Exhibit customer and account control leveraging our sales playbook and MAP
  • Presenting and negotiating proposals (including RFPs/RFIs) leading to Statements of Work
  • Providing on-going account management to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to assist them
  • Providing regular status and projections against sales activities
