About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing representatives who engage with potential customers to generate appointments for our service team. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of inbound and outbound call strategies that drive service drive traffic and increase revenue.

Requirements

Previous dealership and management experience 2yrs minimum
Strong skills in customer service, communication, and computer proficiency.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Organizational and time management skills.
Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDC representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns based on marketing-generated leads.
Monitor and maintain accurate lead tracking and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.
Handle escalated customer inquiries when necessary and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily operations of the BDC, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to team members to improve performance and productivity.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Other duties as assigned.
