About The Position

UCC Environmental is establishing a new H2K Remediation Market Business Development Manager role to accelerate commercial growth for the H2K product line within the environmental remediation sector. This position is being created to expand market penetration and increase adoption of H2K’s engineered water treatment and filtration solutions in technically demanding remediation applications where current market coverage is limited. This role will serve as the primary commercial growth engine for H2K’s remediation market in the U.S., responsible for driving technical sales, developing new customer relationships, and converting identified opportunities into long-term revenue. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the remediation market — its key players, regulatory drivers, and application requirements — with the technical fluency to position H2K solutions effectively. This role will align under UCC Strategic Operations and work closely with: UCC Water Team, H2K Operations and Engineering, and UCC Field Sales (United States). The position is intended to complement and enable existing field sales activity by increasing technical depth, consistency, and proactive market development — not to replace regional sales ownership. The H2K Remediation Market Business Development Manager will report to the Vice President of Strategic Business Development of UCC Environmental. This is an approved remote position; visits to the UCC Environmental office in Waukegan, IL and to customer/project sites are expected.
