Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and sales strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to improve seller experience and resolve issues. Provide consistent pipeline updates, performance reports, and forecasts to management. Participate in industry events and business development initiatives to strengthen Newegg's brand presence and partnerships.
