About The Position

Develop and execute sales plans to recruit new third-party sellers and expand product offerings across key categories. Identify, approach, and onboard qualified sellers, ensuring a smooth setup process. Manage ongoing seller relationships, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and performance improvement. Negotiate and close new seller agreements in collaboration with senior management. Analyze sales data, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive growth. Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and sales strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to improve seller experience and resolve issues. Provide consistent pipeline updates, performance reports, and forecasts to management. Participate in industry events and business development initiatives to strengthen Newegg's brand presence and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketplace sales, or e-commerce account management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital sales strategies, and online retail ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and partnership goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with third-party provider platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or SalesCloud is highly preferred.
