About The Position

Shopbop is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead strategic growth and optimization of Shopbop's presence on Amazon Marketplace, with a particular focus on building brand businesses through cross-functional collaboration. This leadership role will serve as the key orchestrator between merchant teams, brand partners, and internal stakeholders to drive comprehensive business growth and brand development initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of with Excel experience
  • 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management
  • Experience managing reporting and analysis
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Partner with merchant organization to develop and execute brand-specific growth strategies across multiple brand portfolios
  • Drive comprehensive P&L ownership and executive-level business reviews
  • Design and implement data-driven reporting systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities in real-time
  • Lead root cause analysis and partner with teams to implement solutions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Amazon stakeholders
  • Develop and execute scalable frameworks for brand onboarding, growth acceleration, and optimization
  • Lead brand registry enrollment process and serve as subject matter expert for Shopbop and vendors
  • Create compelling vendor pitch materials and training documentation
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing and activation execution between internal teams and brand partners
  • Design and deliver marketplace best practices training to internal teams
  • Orchestrate efforts between buying, planning, operations, and marketplace teams to drive business objectives
  • Create and maintain feedback loops between marketplace performance and buying strategies
  • Develop automated monitoring systems for performance tracking and issue identification
  • Implement scalable business processes across multiple teams
