We’re looking for ambitious, high-energy Business Development Managers to help shape the future growth of our company by breaking into entirely new markets for professional audio technology. This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll be building new business where none exists yet — creating relationships from scratch, and helping define how our world-class audio solutions transform emerging experiences. This position will be focused on breaking into new businesses with a focus on Houses of Worship. Candidate must be located near a metro airport for quick travel when necessary.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate, ideally with a background or strong interest in audio, audio engineering, music technology, business, marketing, or communications
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed
  • Naturally confident building relationships and starting conversations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends
  • Creative thinker who enjoys finding opportunities others miss
  • Comfortable using social media and modern communication tools to engage customers and build awareness

Responsibilities

  • Identify exciting “white space” opportunities where our professional audio solutions can make a major impact.
  • Pioneer entirely new verticals and help establish our presence there.
  • Network with business leaders, consultants, architects, AV/IT professionals, influencers, and end users to develop partnerships that open doors and generate opportunities.
  • Position cutting-edge microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked audio solutions to solve real business challenges in modern environments.
  • Build your own pipeline, close strategic opportunities, and directly influence company growth.
  • Provide ideas, market insights, and customer feedback to help influence future products, strategy, and expansion into new industries.
  • Create opportunities in brand-new markets.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Convert pilot projects into scalable business.
  • Become a key contributor to company growth.

  • Competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE) range from $130,000–$150,000 at 100% attainment, with the potential to earn significantly more for those who exceed their goals.
