The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) Segment – focused on air moving technologies used in data center thermal management solutions and others. Primary duties include building a robust project funnel, revenue goal achievement, implementing a sales plan to drive profitable growth, and executing the plan. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in data center thermal management applications, energetic, persuasive, well-organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell strategically. Define and execute effective sales strategies, business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. PES is one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions sold in data centers, semiconductors, life sciences, applied and commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and other general industries. Brands include Nicotra Gebhardt®, Genteq®, Fasco®, Elco®, Leeson®.
