The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) S egment – focused on air moving technologies used in data center thermal management solutions and others . Primary duties include building a robust project funnel, revenue goal achievement, implementing a sales plan to drive profitable growth, and executing the plan. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in data center thermal management applications, energetic, persuasive , well- organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell strategically. Define and execute effective sales strategies , business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. PES is one of three operating segments with approximately $ 1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions sold in data centers, semiconductors , life sciences, applied and commercial HVAC , residential HVAC , water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and other general industries .
