Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead a sales, marketing, and business development function that drives the company's long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building, brand presence, and strategic opportunity development. You will be responsible for cultivating high-value relationships, representing the company in the market, and guiding prospective clients through the early stages of engagement. Success in this role is built through consistent visibility in the market-including networking events, a strong and professional social media presence, and the development of strategic relationships with architects, designers, and other key referral partners. This is not a high-volume sales role. It is a relationship-driven, long-cycle business development position focused on aligning the right opportunities with the company's standards and capacity.
