About The Position

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive new business and expand its presence throughout the Seattle-Tacoma market. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, winning new accounts, and growing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing in new business, be comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting, and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, cabinet companies, designers, architects, and commercial customers.

Requirements

3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
Proven track record of acquiring new customers and generating revenue.
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, building materials, countertops, cabinetry, remodeling, or commercial sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and increase market share.
Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, email, and industry relationships.
Identify decision-makers and develop new customer relationships.
Present FLOFORM products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers.
Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
Grow and maintain key customer accounts.
Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
Represent FLOFORM professionally throughout the Seattle-Tacoma market.
