About The Position

Phoenix Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Business Development Liaison to help meet facility growth goals through outreach to the general public and potential referral sources. The position prepares development plans, conducts calls and presentations, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies, and hospitals. The liaison integrates the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.

Requirements

• One year of healthcare marketing or sales experience.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards in selling company programs and services.
• Demonstrate an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and other factors that impact hospital operations.
• General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety.
• Ability to be flexible, positive, and creative in meeting changing requirements necessary to meet goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
