About The Position

Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Come make a difference with us at Coral Shores Behavioral Health. We are located in Stuart Florida . The Outpatient Business Development Representative represents the facility to the community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area. They assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan. Assists the Director of Business Development in the development and coordination of projects. The Outpatient Business Development Representative performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development. This position involves daily travel in a defined geographic territory to meet with contacts with primary referral sources including primary care physicians, pediatricians, obstetricians, gynecologists, internal medicine specialists, other specialty doctors, urgent cares, employee assistance programs, and nonprofit organizations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven Sales Experience Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Palm Beach County region.
  • Local Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the Palm Beach County business landscape, including key industries, competitors, and networking opportunities to develop strategic relationships.
  • Excellent Communication & Networking Skills - Ability to engage with local business leaders, attend regional networking events, and build long-term partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a well-developed knowledge of the geographical area assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, a behavioral health area, or related field preferred.
  • RN, LPN, LCSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT preferred.
