Requirements
- 8+ years of staffing sales, business development, or full-desk recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by growth and uncapped earnings.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in finance and accounting staffing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in project staffing and permanent placement.
- Build relationships with clients, prospects, and referral networks.
- Partner with Cherry Bekaert professionals to uncover cross-selling opportunities across tax, advisory, digital transformation, and consulting services.
- Represent the firm in the marketplace through networking, industry events, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.
