We are seeking a Business Development Lead to enable high-value AI compute use cases. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role with significant influence over strategy, positioning, and early revenue. You will report to the Head of GTM. Key Responsibilities Shape Hammerhead's commercial strategy and build a prioritized go-to-market plan. Build and own the pipeline from initial conversation through technical discovery, solution design, proposal, and commercial close. Track macro trends in AI compute demand, GPU supply dynamics, power constraints, and data center deployment models. Translate signals into strategic moves. Work closely with product and engineering to shape requirements, deployment models, and technical messaging based on direct customer feedback. Help build the GTM playbook: sales collateral, case studies, competitive positioning, and objection handling frameworks.
