As a Business Development Intern, you’ll receive hands-on training and real-world experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development while working with an experienced and supportive team.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or database systems.
  • A professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of business development or payment processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with existing customers by delivering outstanding service and ongoing support.
  • Learn about each client’s business needs and recommend customized payment processing solutions.
  • Stay informed on our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with business owners to understand their goals and present solutions that help reduce their payment processing costs.
